We place customer experience at the center of everything we do and make extraordinary efforts to ensure satisfaction.
Fritz Libby, Founder & CEO
Fritz works closely with the Board of Directors to drive and manage strategic growth and safeguard shareholder value. He is in charge of corporate governance and takes an active role in business development opportunities across all units. Fritz also leverages his experience in the International School community to provide organizational guidance from product range development through customer care.
Fritz founded School Source International after serving in various roles since 1994 within organizations that develop and manage International Schools worldwide. Fritz has been in China for nine years and is an active member of the International School leadership network in the region.
Jason Carline, President
Jason provides the operational leadership to position School Source International at the forefront of the education resources industry. He works with the CEO and Executive Team to develop our strategic plan which promotes revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Jason oversees daily company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
Jason came to School Source International from AddisonMcKee, a machine tool manufacturing multinational, where he served as China GM. In that role he had P&L responsibility and managed teams of over 100 with all-Chinese senior staff. He has been a China resident since 1997 with MBA in International Trade.
Jan Hes, Executive Vice President for Sourcing, Export and Logistics
Jan is responsible for product sourcing, quality control, and purchasing as well as incoming and outbound logistics for School Source International. He provides leadership and expertise around complex global supply chains and directs several teams tasked with constantly improving product quality, cost and availability for our customers.
Jan came to School Source from a more than 20-year career in sourcing and fast supply chain management in Asia. He last served as Sourcing Director for PARKnSHOP, where he held multi-billion-dollar P&L responsibility and managed hundreds of staff in China. Prior to that, he worked for SHV Makro and as a strategic sourcing advisor to several European and Chinese multinationals. He has also served with the UN in the Middle East.
Jan is a Dutch national and is married with a nine-year-old son. He and his family recently moved back to Beijing.
Lin Haina, Vice President of Finance
Haina is responsible for the financial and fiscal management of School Source International’s company operations. She provides leadership, management tools and analysis for the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.
Lin joined School Source International after serving in roles for multinationals where she worked within global financial standards including US and PRC GAAP. Most recently she was Finance Controller for Daimler Northeast Asia (NYSE: DAI), previously DaimlerChrysler. Prior to that she was with the Walt Disney Corporation (NYSE: DIS). She is a Chinese national and holds Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Western Sydney, Australia.
